Golden Haveli

At the heart of Chandni Chowk, Golden Haveli is the restoration of a 1906 residential-cum-commercial haveli and a revival of Old Delhi's cultural memory. After decades of deterioration, the century-old structure was transformed into a heritage hotel.

The three-storey haveli retains its Mughal architectural language through sandstone carving, facade jaalis, cusped arches, stained glass, floral motifs and stone columns arranged around a central courtyard. Original materials and traditional craftsmanship preserve its historic details and spatial character.

The courtyard was reimagined as an open-to-sky social heart, while themed rooms, a quiet upper lounge and terrace views reconnect the haveli with Chandni Chowk. The restoration also extends into the surrounding alleys through revived Mughal-inspired murals, colours and motifs.
